BRIC Pop isn't all fun and games

Through my consulting business, Cleaner, I offer content and services based on BRIC Pop. The core offering is a BRIC Pop® Workshop.
The aim of a BRIC Pop Workshop is to use content and new insights from BRIC Pop, coupled with specific strategic exercises, to help a team think beyond their own borders and generate business-building ideas. The exercises are specifically directed toward business strategy, benchmarking, brand management, best practices, scenario planning, role playing, lateral thinking, new concept generation, and prioritization, which can result in a series of ideas:
- Ideas that reverse the usual West-to-BRIC dynamic and go the opposite direction
- Ideas from one of the BRICs to the rest of the world
- Ideas that take advantage of a specific opportunity within one or more of the BRICs
- Ideas that connect the BRICs to each other
- Iideas that use the BRICs as a starting point to their respective regions.
The content and activities used depend on agreement of the team’s objectives, after which a 1/2-day or full-day workshop agenda can be specifically tailored.
My past BRIC work has been used to develop cross-border strategies for ABSOLUT, Michelin, McDonald's, Heineken, and Volkswagen, in both the BRICs and globally.
